Playwrights Project
Last Sunday students from the PLHS theatre department had the opportunity to attend a free performance of
The Playwrights Project is a nonprofit organization devoted to arts education. Along with in class residencies they chose a number of plays written by young writers to fully produce in a professional theatre. With professional designers, directors and actors the student playwright has the opportunity to see their vision realized. I want to thank the Playwrights Project and the students that participated in this awesome event!

SPRING MUSICAL AUDITIONS
Auditions for the Spring Musical
THE 25TH ANNUAL PUTNAM COUNTY SPELLING BEE
Will be held this Tuesday January 15th from 2:30-5:00 pm in the PAC
Students are to come prepared with a one minute contemporary monologue.
Auditions are open to ALL PLHS STUDENTS
Callbacks will be held the week of Janurary 22nd dates and times TBA.
Please check our virtual callboard on facebook at the PLHS THEATRE DEPARTMENT page.
Perusal scripts will be available for in-class checkout beginning Thursday January 10th after school.
Rehearsals for this musical will be held after school from around 2:30-5:00 pm.
